Collaboration makes over-the-road IoT insights accessible through more TMS platforms
Motorcity Systems today announced an integration partnership with ORBCOMM Inc., a leading global supply chain IoT technology provider, that will enhance the deployment and utilization of ORBCOMM’s truck and trailer telematics solutions now and into the future.
Motorcity was selected for its unique cloud-based middleware platform, TORQUE Integration Network™,
which connects seamlessly with multiple transportation management systems (TMS) used by motor
carriers. The partnership will help fleets access valuable in-cab and equipment information directly
within their native operating systems via ORBCOMM’s smart truck and trailer solutions to improve
dispatch-driver messaging, workflows, safety monitoring, and more.
